The primary ingredients found in these modern-day versions of tanning pills include Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Beta Carotene (red-orange pigment), L-Tyrosine, copper, and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid). <\/p>\n

Not only do these everyday vitamins happen to be at your local grocery store, they are not effective at altering the pigment of your skin to resemble a natural tan.
