While using an exfoliator, always scrub gently so you do not irritate or damage your skin. Also when choosing a cleanser, it is best to stick with a cream-based product. Toner is a great skin care product to add to your basic skin care routine, but it is also optional. Toner is a product that removes leftover dirt and oil from your pores that your cleaners did not get. This makes it a good fit for those who wear makeup, or sweat throughout the day. If you are prone to acne and similar skin blemishes, is it good to use toner. To use toner, apply it with a cotton ball or tissue in between washing and moisturizing your face. Be sure to choose an alcohol-free product to maintain moisture in your skin.<\/p>\n

Moisturizing the skin after cleansing and applying toner is an important part of the skin care process. Never skip out on moisturizing, and always be sure to choose a quality product that does not contain any harsh ingredients or fragrances. It is strongly recommended to use a moisturizer that contains sunscreen; at least 15 SPF, and preferably 30 SPF or more. Although most moisturizers come with sunscreen, it is important to always check the label to be sure.<\/p>\n
